1. Purpose
FarasouQ is an online marketplace dedicated to the equestrian sector in Morocco. This agreement governs the use of the site and associated services. Any registration or publication implies acceptance of these terms.
2. Registration
Registration is free and open to any adult, as well as any entity legally registered in Morocco. Users agree to provide accurate information (name, email, phone number). FarasouQ reserves the right to verify identity (national ID, trade register) before granting "Verified" status.
3. Publishing listings
Listings must relate exclusively to goods or services connected to equestrianism (horses, rider or horse equipment, professional services). Prohibited: selling animals that are mistreated, unidentified, or in breach of Moroccan regulations; posting false photos; any scam or misleading content. FarasouQ reserves the right to remove any non-compliant listing without prior notice.
4. Liability
FarasouQ is a technical intermediary. The platform does not intervene in the transaction between buyer and seller, who remain solely responsible for the accuracy of information, payment, transport, and fulfilment of their commitments.
5. Transaction safety
We always recommend: never paying remotely without having seen the animal or item; meeting the seller in person; checking official documents (identification passport, invoices). FarasouQ cannot be held liable for any dispute arising between users.
6. Pricing
Publishing listings is currently free. Optional paid services (promoted listings, pro subscription) may be introduced later; they will then be subject to clear pricing before subscription.
7. Intellectual property
The FarasouQ brand, logo and visual identity are protected. Published content (photos, descriptions) remains the property of its author, who grants FarasouQ a non-exclusive licence to distribute it on the platform.
8. Governing law
These terms are governed by Moroccan law. Any dispute falls under the jurisdiction of the competent courts of Casablanca.
