Yes. Publishing is entirely free, whether you're an individual or a professional. Optional paid features (promoted listings, pro subscription) may be introduced later, but basic publishing will never become paid.

How does FarasouQ verify sellers?

We verify phone numbers (via SMS) and national ID or trade register for professionals. Sellers who complete verification receive a clearly visible "Verified" badge on their listings.

What kind of items can I sell?

Accepted Answer

Anything related to the equestrian world: horses (sale, boarding, hire), rider equipment (saddles, helmets, boots), horse equipment (shoeing, care, transport), and services (farriers, vets, trainers).

Does FarasouQ take a commission on sales?

Accepted Answer

No. Buyers and sellers connect directly. No commission is taken on transactions. The business model will eventually rely on pro subscriptions and optional visibility services.

How can I protect myself from scams?

Accepted Answer

Never pay remotely before seeing the animal or item in person. Meet the seller at the stable or in a public place. Check documents (identification passport for horses, invoices for equipment). Prefer verified sellers.

What's the difference between an individual and a professional account?

Accepted Answer

An individual can publish personal listings for free. A professional (saddler, breeder, club, transporter) gets a dedicated storefront page showing their full catalogue, plus a recognisable Pro badge.

Which cities does FarasouQ cover?

FarasouQ covers the whole of Morocco. Our community is currently most active in Casablanca, Rabat, Marrakech, Meknes, Fez, Tangier and El Jadida, but listings from every region are welcome.

How do I delete my listing or my account?

Accepted Answer

From your personal dashboard, you can remove a listing at any time. To delete your account and data entirely, write to privacy@farasouq.ma — deletion is completed within 30 days.

Will there be a mobile app?

The site is already built mobile-first and works on any smartphone. A native iOS and Android app is planned for v3, with direct camera uploads, notifications and native sharing.
