Privacy Policy

Data collected
FarasouQ collects the information you provide when registering (name, email, phone number), when publishing listings (title, description, photos, city, price), and while browsing (technical cookies, IP address, device type).
Purposes
Your data is used exclusively to: operate the platform, allow you to be contacted by other users, moderate content, prevent fraud, and improve the service. It is never resold to third parties.
Retention
Account data is kept for as long as the account is active. Listings are kept for 12 months after expiry. Technical logs are kept for 13 months for security reasons.
Your rights
In accordance with law 09-08 (Morocco's data protection law) and GDPR, you have the right to access, rectify, object to and delete your data. To exercise these rights, write to privacy@farasouq.ma. You will receive a response within 30 days. privacy@farasouq.ma.
Security
Your data is hosted on secure infrastructure, encrypted in transit (HTTPS). Internal access is strictly limited to authorised FarasouQ staff.
Supervisory authority
For any complaint, you may contact the CNDP (Commission Nationale de contrôle de la protection des Données à caractère Personnel — Morocco's national data protection authority): cndp.ma.
